By buying the Goods, you are making the following affirmative representation(s):

I acknowledge and am mindful of the risks, dangers and risks of personal injury, death and disability inherent with making use of these Goods and voluntarily assume any and all risk connected with loss, damage or injury while running said Goods.

In no occasion will Seller be accountable to me or anyone else for any damages or injury triggered by misuse or improper usage of the Goods, or actions taken by me in dependence on info or views whether verbal or in literature bought or obtained through Seller or for any incidental, substantial, unique, or comparable damages

I concur to indemnify and hold harmless Seller and all other celebrations included consisting of however not restricted to owners, officers, affiliates, partners and staff members for any and all damages sustained as an outcome of abuse of the Goods. These celebrations shall not be accountable under any theory whatsoever.

In no event shall Seller be liable under any damages aside from the amount paid by me for item. Any and all other damages, direct or indirect, unique, incidental, or punitive, are hereby omitted
